If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order through our services.

Crafty Canvas offers handmade and crafted products. Because our products may involve handmade work, small variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may naturally occur.

These small variations are part of the handmade character of our products and should not necessarily be considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Actual colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions and photography.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• Name and phone number should be correct.
• Delivery address should be complete and accurate.
• Preferred colour, size and quantity should be checked before submitting the order.

We may contact you to confirm order details when necessary.

Our regular website orders currently support Cash on Delivery (COD).

For customized orders, a 50% advance payment is required before the customization work begins.

Customization is available for selected products. Customers may discuss their preferred design, colour, size and other requirements with Crafty Canvas.

• Customization delivery time may vary depending on the design and preparation required.
• The delivery timeline for a customized order will be discussed and finalized with the customer.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our current delivery charges are:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Regular delivery generally takes 2–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka.

Customized orders may require additional time. The delivery timeline for custom orders will be discussed with the customer.

Regular products are not exchangeable under our current policy.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, it may be exchangeable, subject to verification and the applicable conditions.

Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video when opening their package.

The video may be required when requesting an exchange for a damaged or incorrect product. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting it and for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

For customized products, customers should carefully review and confirm their requested design, colour, size and other requirements before work begins.

You agree to use the Crafty Canvas website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt or misuse the website or its services.

Product images, text, designs and other website content should not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission.

The Crafty Canvas name, website content, product photography, graphics, written content and original creative materials belong to Crafty Canvas or are used with appropriate rights.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

We collect and use customer information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share customers' personal information with others for their own marketing purposes.

Crafty Canvas may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products or business practices.
